Please note that patient visits are by appointment only! We do not accept walk in patients although, if you stop by, our staff would be more than happy to schedule an appointment at a time which is convenient. To expedite the process, please have a copy of your insurance benefit card ready and relevant group numbers and employment/ guarantor information. If you have an emergency we will make every effort to have you seen as soon as possible. Please contact the office to discuss the problem and schedule an appointment. After hours, the doctor may be reached by dialing the number listed in our phone messaging system.
